thats the thing, we might need you to work on your pld early. might be more beneficial towards a VW setup. COR isnt really needed :/

eventually we could have PLD Gosh, PLD Bean, WHM Unk, WHM Teak, SAM Veren, SAM Behe, BRD Zora, RDM Bale.
I think that could be a very strong setup for us. But obviously we need to commit perhaps one night (probably non-static) a week where we know everyone is going to turn up.
So perhaps as well as saying your jobs we could also have people state what days of the week the will be able to come. And if we can get one night where everyone lines up, we can put that down as the VW day.

Isn't there something on GW where you can RSVP to events?
Anyway my availability is every event day, but on Tuesday night and Thursday night I can only stay until 12am. If I'm going to be absent for some reason I will post.
If this RSVP thing does work on GW then that would be even better :)
